Not a Swan Song

I started my original blog in 2010, and I’ve blogged weekly since that time with few breaks. It’s time to take a rest. I may be back from time to time, but probably not often. It’s time to concentrate on writing and life in general.

I appreciate the comments people have left over the years and I hope some of my posts entertained the readers. Thank you for your support, and I hope my books continue to entertain you, too.

In the meantime, Prudy’s Back! – A Sandi Webster Mystery is now available in audio format.

People Lookin’ Half Dead– A Bogey Man Mystery is reading and waiting to be read. Imagine one of the hottest summers on record and homeless people with nowhere to go, and suddenly some of these people start disappearing. Chris and Pamela Cross, as usual, jump right in the middle of things, which the help of Chris’s newly arrived grandmother.

Until next time (whenever that might be), keep on reading and remember that Life is Good!

  1. I enjoy reading your posts every Monday but I also understand the need to take a break from time to time. Like you, I used to post every week on my blog but for several months I've only posted occasionally because I also need to, in your words, "concentrate on writing and life in general."

    1. Thank you, Amy. As a matter of fact, I recently finished reading your latest book and truly enjoyed it, but I haven't put up a review because so much has been going on. Maybe things will slow down and I can take care of the things I enjoy now. I appreciate your comments!

  3. I understand completely, Marja. As you know, I did this several years ago. Writing a weekly blog and then a monthly blog eventually became almost a once a year blog. You've always had great ideas and when more ideas pop into your head, I hope you will post them from time to time.

    1. Thank you, Pat. Trust me when I say I'm having trouble coming up with new ideas, so maybe now is the best time to take a break. I appreciate your comments!

  4. I know what you mean, Marja. I can sympathize since I've been neglecting my blog something awful this year. It hasn't been a good year so far with so many unexpected things happening. I'm halfway through my next novel, and can barely find time to write another chapter so I may not be able to release it this year. Book sales are down and costs are up. Hopefully we'll be able to hear from you from time to time. I'll miss your blogs. I've been a faithful reader for a long time.
